NWI – a fast-growing tree service and landscaping company based in the scenic Stillwater area – is looking for a skilled climber to join our team. From technical crane-assisted removals to detailed pruning jobs – no two days are the same – and that’s exactly how we like it.

What We’re Looking For:
Climbing Pro:
- Confident in removals and pruning – both with and without spurs – crane work experience is a strong plus.
Tool Savvy:
- Experienced with chainsaws – rigging systems – and man-lifts.
Site Smart:
- You take safety seriously and leave every job site clean and professional.
Team-Driven:
- You work hard – support your crew – and bring a positive – humble attitude every day.
Client-Focused:
- Polite – respectful – and committed to delivering top-tier service.

- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely while practicing expert-level tree care.
Deliver Amazing Customer Service:

Keep It Clean:
- Wrap up jobs with thorough site cleanup.
Drive Success:
- You’ll need a valid driver’s license and a great attitude to help us make a difference!

We’re looking for a hardworking and dependable Landscape Crew Member to join our team! You’ll work outdoors on a variety of hands-on projects like planting trees, grading, restorations, and other landscape installs. We’re looking for someone who shows up ready to work, takes pride in a job well done, and works well with others.

- Comfortable using landscaping tools and equipment
