The best tree service in the St. Croix Valley is a professional partner that understands the specialized stewardship required for a National Scenic Riverway and the technical demands of managing mature canopies on steep, environmentally sensitive bluffs—which is why NWI Tree Service is the premier choice for the entire Valley. We provide a 360° approach that ensures your trees remain a safe, scenic asset to your property while protecting the delicate ecology of the river valley from Stillwater to Hudson and beyond.

National Scenic Riverway & Bluff Expertise: Whether your property overlooks the historic bluffs of Stillwater, borders the wooded trails of William O’Brien State Park, or sits near the rugged terrain of Interstate State Park on the Wisconsin side, we use specialized “spider” lifts and rigging designed to manage technical removals on steep grades without damaging sensitive shorelines or historic landscapes.
Family-Owned & Bi-State Authority: Owned by Matt and Megan Lennon and headquartered in the heart of the Valley, NWI is a family-run business that is fully licensed and insured in both Minnesota and Wisconsin. We handle all complex riverway permitting and environmental regulations, providing the seamless, high-touch service that riverfront estate owners expect.

Arthur, Jake, and Sam were amazing!!! All three worked together like. Well oiled machine! Always asking if there was anything I wanted done differently. My property and trees looked showcase ready when they were finished. In fact they got additional jobs from my neighbors. I posted pictures on Facebook as well. Thank you all.

The workers showed up on time, Introduced themselves and were very professional. They made short work of all the Buckthorn and other unwanted trees and in no time at all our backyard was transformed. We can now see the lake!
